Z5 allows you to synchronize your account with Strava (Garmin and Wahoo coming soon), where you can select a video and from this video it will try to obtain the metadata of different metrics, such as speed, heart rate among others, which can be added directly to the selected video and this can be shared or exported to your preferred application.
